These terms govern your use of the website helixoy.com (the “Site”) operated by Helixoy, Spain. Use of the Helixoy platform itself is governed by the customer agreement or order form entered into with your organisation; where those documents conflict with these terms, they take precedence for platform use.

1. Acceptance

By accessing the Site you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy and cookie policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes to learn about Helixoy and contact us. You must not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or related systems; introduce malicious code; scrape or harvest content or personal data; use the Site to send unsolicited communications; or interfere with its operation.

3. Intellectual property

The Site, including text, graphics, logos, the Helixoy name and mark, software and design, is owned by Helixoy or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal reference. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

4. Information on the Site

We aim to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but content is provided for general information only and may change without notice. Product descriptions, availability and pricing are indicative and may be varied in the applicable customer agreement.

5. Trials, demos and accounts

Where you request a demo or trial, additional terms may apply and will be provided to you. You are responsible for keeping any credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and linking does not imply endorsement.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Helixoy is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish or EU law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
